How do I know what size to purchase?

How do I return or exchange an item(s)?

To start a return or exchange, you can contact us at seasideswimwear@outlook.com with your name, order number and concern, and we will help you from there. 

Can I exchange an item that does not fit?

If the item does not fit well, it can be exchanged for a different size within 14 days of purchase.

What do I do if I have received a faulty item? 

If the item is faulty, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to return it for a refund (not including delivery fee) or exchange.

How do I check my order status?

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking link. This will allow you to track your order until it is delivered. Please ensure to check your junk or spam folder.
