Within 14 days after the delivery date, exchanges are accepted on full price items (not including sale), and returns are accepted only on full priced items, or a faulty sale item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
  
To start a return or exchange, you can contact us at seasideswimwear@outlook.com with your name, order number and concern. If your return or exchange is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 
  

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund or exchange was approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded for the full purchase price of the item(s) on your original payment method (not including delivery fee), and exchanged item(s) will be sent out for delivery. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post any refunds. 

  

We can accept refunds or exchanges if: 
  • Items are unworn and unwashed, with the hygiene seal attached (for all bottoms). 
  • Sent back in original packaging (tags and bags included). 
  
We can refuse refunds or exchanges if: 
  • Items do not meet our requirements. 
  • Hygiene seal is missing. 
  • If the item is deemed unfit for resale by Seaside Swimwear. 

  

NOTE for SWIM: In order to maintain hygiene, please try swimwear bottoms on over your own underwear. 

It is advised that you keep your shipping details as Seaside Swimwear is not responsible for any loss of item(s) during transit.
